Die Hards status as the movie to watch on Christmas, his love for The Office and Scotch, and his sleeping arrangements with his girlfriend, Danica Patrick, were just some of the topics covered in the uber-fun Reddit AMA that Aaron Rodgers took part in earlier this week. It is not often you get an inside look at the mind of one of the most legendary quarterbacks in NFL history, but that is what happened when Aaron Rodgers took on the entrants of the redditor circuit for a “Ask Me Anything” session Monday evening. It was one of the most earnest questions of what turned out to be a perceptive and fascinating Reddit AMA from one of the leagues best players.

Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara did a Reddit AMA (Ask Me Anything) Monday. The entire thread is a great read for a little peek inside the head of a professional football player. You can read the entire AMA here, but here are some highlights in their unredacted form. Plenty of quality insights can come from NFL players participating in Reddit AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions, but there is equally as much potential for humor, as Aaron Rodgers one-time former teammate proved on Monday. Chicago Bears safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, who played the first four seasons of his career for the Green Bay Packers, was one of the first people to weigh in when Aaron Rodgers announced his AMA session, and he took advantage of the opportunity to throw the two-time MVP an invaluable question to the two NFC North contenders facing off at Lambeau Field this Sunday. His “AMA” (“Ask Me Anything”) was a big hit among Green Bay Packers fans, and it even got Bears safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix some attention. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers spent some time on Reddit on Monday evening answering questions about ice cream and Scotch.

After watching the Raiders blow a 16-3 lead to lose their final game at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, the Raiders took the anger of irate Bay Area fans head-on, and they did so with dramatic effect. While he has played for Green Bay throughout his career, he told fans in 2019 Reddit AMA that he is still working to adapt to northern Wisconsins cold weather. Jared is making strides over the past year, both mentally and physically.

I definitely want Vlade Divac playing for me, but I am not sure how much of a significant role he is played just yet. Giants cornerback Prince Amukamara added afterward that pass interference is a questionable call roughly 50% of the time.

Aaron Rodgers Should Watch Out For The Bears

If you have been following Aaron Rodgers closely since the Packers selected defensive end Jordan Love 26th overall in the 2020 NFL draft, you know that Sunday night was not the first time he has publicly questioned his own future in Green Bay. Aaron Rodgers is hoping to continue to dominate the Chicago Bears with another huge performance, but if he is going to do so with the weapons he has at his disposal right now, the Green Bay Packers are going to need to play-plan and find ways to put the rookie from Chicago in bad situations. Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has had his share of entertaining moments against the Chicago Bears, throwing for 61 touchdowns and just 10 interceptions through the regular-season games.

Things are not going to get easier against the stingy Chicago Bears defense, which just held the San Francisco 49ers to 10 points, but recent news from the Green Bay Packers camp is bound to keep Aaron Rodgers happy. Getting a taste of the Green Bay Packers early in the season while Rodgers gets used to the retooled receiver corps–plus the depth issues they have along the offensive line–should give the Chicago Bears some comfort. For much of the past 15 years, Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers have been able to continually expose Chicago Bears defensive weaknesses on their way to games that have varied from nail-biting, division-clinching finishes (see 2013 Week 17 finish) to outright annihilations, such as a 55-14 shellacking on Nov. 9 the next year. While a path to the playoffs would have been a lot easier without Aaron Rodgers in the NFC North, it will be telling if Chicago Bears are capable of producing different results versus Green Bay.

With a new, defensive-minded head coach and renewed emphasis on blocking all parts of the field, the Bears cannot yet stop Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers – at least for a full game, which is the only way they will win. With a Vikings defense limiting time of possession to the Packers offense, and with Rodgers offense playing with a bit more consistency than it did last week, this Week 2 matchup should be a winnable matchup for the Packers, particularly in Lambeau Field. While each team is guaranteed at least one primetime game, we all prefer to see the Green Bay Packers playing their divisional foe, the Minnesota Vikings, or even the Detroit Lions, in primetime than the Chicago Bears.
