Eligibility Period

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days from the purchase date.
Please note that this timeframe begins on the date of purchase, not the delivery date.
Requests made after 60 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Packaging should be intact and complete.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Items returned without proof of purchase cannot be processed.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
You may return or exchange your purchase for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or simply a change of mind — provided it meets our condition requirements and is within the 60-day window.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, it will undergo inspection.
You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund has been approved or denied.
Approved refunds will be issued within 2 business days to the original payment method only.
We do not charge any restocking fees and do not offer alternative refund methods.

  3. Check with your bank for pending deposits.

Exchanges

We gladly offer exchanges within 60 days of purchase — whether the item is defective, damaged, or simply not what you expected.

Return Shipping

  • If the return or exchange is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, printing defect, damage in transit), we will cover all shipping costs, including both return and replacement shipping.
    You can request a free prepaid return label by contacting contactteefoxstore@gmail.com.

  • If the return or exchange is due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, or style chosen), return shipping remains free, but a re-shipping fee applies for sending the new product:

    • $8 USD for orders under $40

    • $10 USD for orders under $60

    • $17 USD for orders over $100

Delivery time for exchanged items depends on your location.
Most U.S. exchanges arrive within 4–10 business days, though exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

High-Value Returns

For returns valued over $50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service and purchasing insurance.
TeeFox Store is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Always keep your proof of shipping until your return is fully processed.
